Our emphasis has always been on quality. Quality that ensures your family receives only the best products with only the minimal amount of ingredients needed to produce that magical taste.

 

We’ve been in the artisan bread and fine food business for over 21 years and we love our trade. In 1997, we started baking bread on the islands of St Thomas and St. Martin in the Caribbean. Since that time we have continued to be a producer of gourmet and fine foods to most of the Caribbean. In 2020, we made a change to focus on the American market and in 2022, we decided to go in a new direction. We now produce a additional lines that are 100% organic, 100% Non-GMO and fully traceable. Over the years, we found that it was getting very difficult, if not impossible to find whole grains, nuts, cereals and pastas flours for our products that were traceable to the source. Due to the lower production costs in developing countries and the demand around the world, many of the grains and nuts sold in the US is imported from a range of developing countries and mixed together to before milling or packaging. We wanted to know where and who our ingredients were coming from and we wanted to ensure those farmers abided by the same strict organic regulations mandated here in the United States. We now source 100% of our grains, nuts and seeds from within the United States and Canada and we work directly with overseas farmers when sourcing tropical fruits that are only available in warmer climates.

• We value the best ingredients and prefer regional suppliers to keep the transport routes as short as possible. We always pay attention to biocompatibility and sustainability of our entire production chain - from cultivation to harvesting of raw materials to packaging and sale. The avoidance of waste in most workplaces as well as the largely avoidance of plastic and adhesives in packaging is a matter of course for us.
